This workshop provides the skills to buy and range products effectively and plan the product offer as it is presented in the retail environment in conjunction with your buying strategy.  This involves analysing the market, planning the product range and building supplier relationships while maximising profit and rationalising stock. In understanding these buying principles we then investigate the way this is interlocked with financial systems and in store categorisation to ensure the use of the space is maximised to get the greatest return on investment.
