Unable to commit to the Diploma of Retail Management qualification but would like to benefit from targeted learning?

The ARA Retail Institute and Westfield offers Professional Development Workshops for Retailers. These one day workshops cater for experienced retail professionals and business owners offering a broad range of retail topics.

Objectives and Content

Participants will be presented with operational and strategic perspectives of retailing in the context of a changing retail environment.

The suite of one day, non-accredited training courses allows for flexible and inspirational deliveries with content structured around case studies that are relevant to retail businesses in the following areas:

Participants will be guided by an experienced facilitator from the ARA using practical exercises, case studies and role plays that complement day to day requirements of participant's roles.
